Responsibilities
- Represent TORQ at events, home shows, and community activations
- Engage with homeowners and generate qualified leads
- Be comfortable on camera — capturing and participating in content
- Assist with filming social media content (Reels, TikToks, job site clips)
- Build and manage referral partnerships (realtors, contractors, local businesses)
- Drive community outreach efforts and local brand presence
- Support reputation management (reviews, testimonials, customer follow-ups)
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive growth
- Track leads, partnerships, and event performance
Requirements
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
- Strong communication and people skills
