Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated brand content on behalf of your assigned vendor that meets Best Buy’s style guide standards
  • Offer industry expertise in product data and digital experiences
  • Provide updates on product attributes, asset management and digital experiences throughout the product lifecycle
  • Analyze content performance provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience, improve conversion and grow incremental revenue
  • Escalate any issues or non-compliance situations through the appropriate channels
  • Maximize performance through effective partnerships and collaboration among peers and cross-functional teams.
  • What You’ll Do (context lines?)

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in e-commerce, retail, marketing, merchandising, data analytics, or demand planning
  • 1 year of analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office: Abilities to include v-lookups, pivot tables and formulas
  • Proven ability to influence without authority

Preferred

  • 2 years of experience in e-commerce, product content management, or data management
  • 2 years of basic data analysis experience with the ability to provide recommendations
  • 2 years of vendor/third party relationship management
  • Experience presenting to various levels within an organization
