Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee branch leaders and/or serve as Practice Director for a practice group.
Motivate and direct branch employees.
Drive incremental branch revenue growth aligned with targets.
Lead marketing activities and cultivate a productive business generation culture; coordinate cross-market activities for all practice groups.
Oversee and supervise the administrative functions of the branch office.
Drive branch growth via revenue-generating activities across multi-practice groups.
Execute operational focus areas.
Meet productivity standards for individuals and practice groups.
Ensure consistent execution of operational best practices.
Attract, source, and hire; train and retain staff.
