Job Summary

Own local outreach and multi-channel marketing efforts to drive referrals and community awareness for a Illinois Home Health Care provider.

  • Content and Social: Create and manage content across social, website, and newsletters, while coordinating campaigns to boost referrals.
  • Partnerships and Events: Build community and healthcare partner relationships and promote health events and sessions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and share actionable optimization ideas with the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive patient referrals.
  • Community Outreach: Identify and establish partnerships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, pantries,chuchies and other relevant entities to promote our services.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting community events, health fairs, and informational sessions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support: Provide support to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with other team members on various marketing projects.
  • 3 days in the field and 2 days in the office.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or Home health care preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, WITH ENGLISH AND SPANISH
  • Skills: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
