Responsibilities

• Increase exposure and patient referral volume through relationship-based marketing practices.
• Maintain relationships with referring physicians; survey needs to determine a marketing and sales path.
• Provide physicians with updates on outcomes, programs, location, staff, and community outreach to stay a preferred option.
• Find new referral sources and build relationships to create new business and referrals.
• Host in-clinic events and workshops with follow-up scheduling and free screens.
• Stay involved with relevant professional healthcare organizations to boost reputation and referrals.
• Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating with team and managing inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related and applicable field.
• Experience working in Healthcare is REQUIRED.
• Comfortable with cold calling on physician offices.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred

• Sales/business development experience preferred.
• Experience working within a healthcare or physical therapy business preferred.
• Experience working with workers compensation, auto or personal injury preferred.
