Responsibilities

• Possesses full proficiency to execute structured technical support or administrative work assignments effectively. Applies established procedures to solve problems, using judgment to deliver quality outcomes under moderate supervision. Limited flexibility to deviate from prescribed methods.
• Develops the agency / network strategic plan(s) for managing key accounts to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability.
• Provides expertise and perspective on best practices to produce point of views for internal teams and clients.
• Develops informed, creative strategies for clients, providing inspiration and innovative uses for media channels to bring first to market opportunities.
• Leverages research and assessment of key new-to-market platforms, identifying the feasibility and use cases for clients.

Requirements

• This level may include individuals in administrative, office facilities, executive assistant, internship or apprenticeship roles, and may serve as entry-level for new hires without tertiary education qualifications.
