Own blended media leadership: drive testing and innovation, oversee campaign quality, and turn media data into actionable growth signals for upsell and brand impact.

- Media Insights: Extract actionable insights to protect brand impact and grow cross-sell opportunities.
Job Description
- Innovation & Testing: Identify opportunities for testing and innovation in media strategy, collaborating with IS counterparts to implement.
- Campaign Oversight: Assume oversight of campaign management teams, providing quality assurance, troubleshooting, and support.
- Presentations: Apply storytelling techniques to presentations, adapting fluidly to adjust strategies in real-time.
- Media Insights: Provide deep insights into media performance, proactively managing brand impact, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Project Management: Manage media team scope on projects, flagging potential overages and organizing teams accordingly.
- Process Optimization: Define and adjust processes for new tools and technologies as required.
- Research Utilization: Regularly leverage research from media tools to propose and defend innovative ideas.
- Digital Expertise: Demonstrate understanding of digital, social, and emerging platforms and technologies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Initiate discussions with partners to influence product roadmaps and capabilities.
- Relationship Building: Establish relationships with IS leads, department leads, client leads, and vendor leads to enhance collaboration and client service.
- Experience: 7-8+ years of experience in media planning/buying, demonstrating expertise and leadership in the field.
