Job Description

Innovation & Testing: Identify opportunities for testing and innovation in media strategy, collaborating with IS counterparts to implement.
Campaign Oversight: Assume oversight of campaign management teams, providing quality assurance, troubleshooting, and support.
Presentations: Apply storytelling techniques to presentations, adapting fluidly to adjust strategies in real-time.
Media Insights: Provide deep insights into media performance, proactively managing brand impact, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Project Management: Manage media team scope on projects, flagging potential overages and organizing teams accordingly.
Process Optimization: Define and adjust processes for new tools and technologies as required.
Research Utilization: Regularly leverage research from media tools to propose and defend innovative ideas.
Digital Expertise: Demonstrate understanding of digital, social, and emerging platforms and technologies.
Strategic Partnerships: Initiate discussions with partners to influence product roadmaps and capabilities.
Relationship Building: Establish relationships with IS leads, department leads, client leads, and vendor leads to enhance collaboration and client service.
