Job Summary

Own integrated IAM marketing campaigns, from audience-led positioning to multi-channel execution, with a strong bias toward driving engagement and pipeline through email, social, and webinars.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Content Execution: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to key IAM business priorities and growth segments
  • Manage email campaigns (prospecting, cross-sell, newsletters) and thought leadership content to drive engagement and pipeline
  • Audience & Message Strategy: Apply audience insights to refine positioning, messaging and content strategies that differentiate IAM capabilities
  • Partner with product and distribution teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals
  • Digital & Social Activation: Develop and execute LinkedIn and digital campaign components, including writing optimized copy and partnering with design teams on creative assets
  • Contribute to social and marketing calendar planning to ensure consistent, strategic engagement
  • Webinars & Engagement Programs: Support end-to-end execution of webinars, including topic development, promotion and follow-up communications
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, coordinating with internal partners, external agencies and vendors
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and follow internal review and approval processes
  • Performance & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance (e.g., engagement, CTR, conversions) and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience (Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree)
  • Bachelors degree (Education: Bachelors)
  • No Required Certification(s) (Certifications)
  • No Required License(s) (Licenses)

Preferred

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience; financial services or investment management experience preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing marketing and thought leadership content
  • Comfortable working both strategically and tactically, with a willingness to “roll up sleeves” and execute
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across email, social, digital and events/webinars
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Confident collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and processes (e.g., Workfront, compliance/ADA review) preferred
