Job Summary

Own cross platform paid social execution and optimization while translating campaign results into client-ready insights and recommendations.

  • Own Paid Social: plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels to hit client goals.
  • Client Partnerships & Collaboration: translate data into clear recommendations and work with Creative, Analytics, Strategy to drive integrated outcomes.
  • Growth & Learning: develop testing plans, surface optimization opportunities, and mentor junior teammates to raise account standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute and Optimize Paid Social Campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social channels.
  • Monitor performance, implement optimizations, and ensure campaigns are aligned to client goals and business objectives.
  • Build Strong Client Partnerships
  • Support client communications and presentations by translating campaign performance into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Build trust through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Drive Performance Through Analysis
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop testing plans, evaluate results, and make data-driven recommendations that improve performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in paid social, digital media, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, or similar channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting client communications and presenting campaign results to internal or external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn in an evolving digital landscape
  • Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.
