About the Role We are seeking a self-motivated Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across packaging, retail, ecom, events, integrated campaigns, and Sales & global support. This role is highly cross-functional and requires excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, drive, and a strong ability to translate product and brand storytelling into compelling marketing assets. You’ll Make a Difference By Partnering with product teams to brief and develop product packaging; managing projects end-to-end from request through production Supporting Brand Manager with all new and redesign packaging requests; including briefing, setting up meetings, taking notes, circulating rounds for approvals, etc Assisting with point-of-sale materials and signage, serving as a liaison between Brand, Retail, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution Assisting with copy and asset development for new and key products to include workbook copy, icons, technology illustrations, etc Managing monthly integrated marketing campaigns: entering and tracking projects in project management platform, recommending products and imagery to feature, tracking inventory, maintaining the marketing calendar, and assisting with email & SMS scheduling Collaborating with the Sales team to manage creative development of ad-hoc retailer advertising and point-of-sale materials Uploading and maintaining marketing assets on the asset management platform, Bynder. Ensuring seasonal organization and accessibility for Sales and international partners; fulfilling image requests and content for monthly communications Working directly with Sales, Key Account, and International Teams to better understand needs and partnering with the Marketing Team to get needs met Managing misc. corporate signage, sales meeting, tradeshow and presentation requests Supporting seasonal photo shoot and influencer content initiatives (wardrobe alignment, logistics, and coordination) Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs About You 4+ years experience in a marketing position required Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and deliver according to timelines Highly organized, able to effectively balance creative and operational needs with a strong attention to detail Must have excellent collaboration, and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners at all levels Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving and follow-through Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, Airtable or similar project management platform Experience in apparel and/or footwear industries a plus BA or BS required About Ariat Ariat is an innovative, outdoor global brand with roots in equestrian performance. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $87,000 per year. The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
