Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content activation path for OPI.com and e-retail, turning content into commerce through PDPs, PLPs, blogs, and SEO-aligned merchandising while tracking performance to drive ongoing tweaks.

  • End-to-end content production for OPI.com, eRetail, and PurePlay (Amazon) with on-time delivery and QA
  • Channel performance tracking and insights feeding improvements to content strategy
  • Cross-functional workflow ownership including product-range planning, calendars, and briefs

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supports Sr. Manager with OPI.com, eRetail, and PurePlay (Amazon) activation and strategy
  • Manages end-to-end content production for OPI.com, eRetail, and PurePlay (Amazon), including creation of .com web pages (PDPs, PLPs, Blogs, etc.) and merchandising updates based on SEO/AEO best practices. Ensures all deliverables (including digital asset pack deliveries) are on time, aligned to creative briefs and brand guidelines, and properly QA’d before content deployment and go-live
  • Leads content-related requests with cross-functional teams, including regular management and updates of the global product range plan, marketing calendars, and creative briefs for a seamless end-to-end workflow. Acts as a service provider in delivering assets for the OPI brand, innovation, and always-on needs for owned channels
  • Track channel-level content performance, draw insights, and identify trends to share with cross-functional teams and inform content strategy recommendations for enhancements/optimizations. Including assisting the Sr. Manager with reports based on KPIs (for OPI.com, eRetail & PurePlay (Amazon)) with insights and actions to improve performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail management roles
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and content-to-commerce strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with content management systems (Shopify) and headless commerce systems (Contentful)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, Jira) and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Experience with premium beauty products is a plus
