Job Summary

Own the execution spine for linear and streaming campaigns with a heavy emphasis on trafficking, QA, and cross-functional orchestration across TV, cable, radio, and digital, ensuring assets move from brief to launch with tight approvals and real-time updates.

  • Traffic operations across multiple platforms, asset tracking, and real-time campaign updates.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Video Investment, Strategy, Planning, and Operations to launch and maintain campaigns.
  • Identify delivery risks and escalate issues to drive timely resolution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Mediaocean systems to run daily reports, track creative assets, and prepare and maintain local and national traffic instructions across television, cable, radio, and streaming platforms.
  • Submit creative assets for network clearance and track approvals, feedback, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in resolving trafficking issues and inquiries from stations, networks, clients, and internal media teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of broadcast and digital specifications and support quality assurance reviews of creative assets.
  • Update creative, launch, and campaign tracking tools in real time across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Video Investment, Strategy, Planning, and Operations teams to support campaign launches and ongoing execution.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, presentations, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
  • Support billing and operational processes, including tracking vendor and campaign distribution expenses.
  • Identify and escalate potential campaign delivery risks, discrepancies, or execution issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in media, entertainment, advertising, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience or coursework in post-production, digital media, creative operations, or asset management
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Mediaocean or similar media management platforms is a plus
