Job Summary

Own the experiential events loop from concept to wrap, coordinating third parties, venues, and collateral while driving ideation and on-site execution; you own multiple live experiences and ensure cross-team alignment and timely delivery.

  • Own end-to-end event production from concept to wrap with on-site execution and post-wrap troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for third parties, coordinating vendors, venues, and collateral across internal teams.
  • Contribute to ideation and ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end event production from concept to onsite, including setup, execution, and wrap-up with troubleshooting and quality control.
  • Support the team to ensure high-quality experiences across events.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects, coordinating third parties involved in execution, development, and production of event deliverables.
  • Contribute to brainstorms and ideation of events.
  • Track and order inventory and collateral stored in-house and off-site.
  • Run small projects under the leadership of the Executive Director, Experiential.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure collateral is created for events and projects.
  • Research venues, vendors, and experiences, including new formats, technologies, and solutions.

Requirements

  • Multicultural (Black & Hispanic) experience required; advocate for these segments.
  • BA or BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years experiential experience.
  • Excellent writing, editing, listening, and verbal communication skills; pleasant phone manner and a customer service attitude.
  • Detail oriented with superior organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, problem solve, and work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a collaborative environment as well as independently.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and traveling as needed.
  • Hybrid role, in-office three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday.
