Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support analytics delivery across client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and actionable insights
  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support reporting, forecasting, and measurement initiatives
  • Understand business needs and contribute to the development of cross-channel measurement frameworks
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders to translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Support test design and analysis to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of new analytics approaches, tools, and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, strategy, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, engineering) or equivalent experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT)
  • Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Databricks, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Python or similar languages for data processing or automation
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, or similar)
  • Understanding of digital advertising measurement, reporting, and attribution methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred

  • Experience with Databricks, Spark, or distributed data processing frameworks
  • Exposure to marketing mix modeling (MMM), forecasting, or advanced measurement techniques
  • Experience working in consulting, agency, or embedded client environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML or emerging data applications
