Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support market expansion, including digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Plan and manage the budget for marketing activities, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Organize and execute market events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches, to engage with customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.
  • Stay informed on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to identify and develop new content to meet goals using video, audio, still imagery, and text.
  • Maintain editorial quality, design, and production standards, as well as values, messaging, and style consistent with brand guidelines for all communications, including print, web, email, video, audio, and webinar formats.
  • Conduct research on target audiences. Develop and implement strategic work plans tailored to reach and engage these groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems and be resourceful under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective collaboration with diverse internal and external teams to gather information and align messaging.
  • Proven command of editorial, grammatical, writing skills and techniques, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail; critical thinking skills; flexibility; strong organizational skills enabling effective oversight of multiple initiatives; and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong aptitude in organizing and presenting complex information in a manner that is appropriate for and useful to the target audience.
  • Proficiency in developing messages and other written communications for multiple stakeholders.
