Job Summary

Own the visual content pipeline, delivering on-brand assets across digital and print while coordinating with cross-functional teams, cataloging assets, and editing video for social channels.

  • Visual Asset Ownership: Create cohesive graphics, infographics, and social assets that align with brand identity.
  • Asset Management & Collaboration: Update databases, tag content, and work with teams to meet project needs.
  • Content & Video Editing: Edit images and short-form videos for web, social, and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets for digital and print, such as factsheets, brochures, invitations, infographics, advertisements, presentations, event materials, social graphics, e.g.
  • Provide quality assurance, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Work with internal teams to understand project requirements and develop cohesive and creative assets
  • Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
  • Edit and optimize images for various uses (web, print, social).
  • Coordinate with staff to gather, tag, and catalog new visual content.
  • Edit short-form videos for social media.
  • Assist in cataloging impact stories and publishing content across internal channels.
  • Support planning and logistics for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Draft and proofread content for social media, blogs, website updates, and fundraising materials.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
  • Video editing experience, preferred.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and tone.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and good sense of humor. Ability to work well with colleagues in different offices and time zones.
  • Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.
