Job Summary

Own and orchestrate brand performance analysis, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive affiliate performance and guided strategic execution.

  • Drive brand performance reporting and monthly reviews with leadership to orient strategy and resource allocation.
  • Develop planning models and financial guidance for affiliates and LRPs, collaborating with marketing, finance, and cross-functional teams.
  • Assess the impact of strategic initiatives with marketing, MABI, and finance to inform execution and accountability across regions.

Job Description

Own and orchestrate brand performance analysis, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive affiliate performance and guided strategic execution.

  • Responsibilities: Formulate detailed brand performance reports by consulting all business dashboards.
  • Responsibilities: Identify performance gaps and uncover root causes by engaging with area and affiliate leads.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare monthly performance reviews, delivering updates to senior leadership.
  • Responsibilities: Provide monthly updates to the TA team on brand performance, collaborate with them to identify gaps, and work closely with MABi to gain a comprehensive understanding of performance.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate financial planning processes and develop financial models to support guidance for affiliates during planning and Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Responsibilities: Manage financial planning cycles for the IBD portfolio.
  • Responsibilities: Develop commercial models to establish clear and ambitious guidance for areas and affiliates.
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with marketing leads, finance, Customer Excellence, BTS, and other relevant functions.
  • Responsibilities: Measure and assess the impact of strategic initiatives and tactics in partnership with marketing, MABI, and finance teams.
  • Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Requirements: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and financial acumen with a robust understanding of numbers/data.
  • Requirements: Industry Experience: Previous area and/or affiliate exposure is ideal.
  • Requirements: Process Development: Ability to develop practical and efficient structures and processes.
  • Requirements: Initiative & Innovation: Self-driven with innovative thinking capabilities.
  • Requirements: Project Management: Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Requirements: Strategic Thinking: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to create well-structured execution plans.
  • Requirements: Communication & Networking: Excellent networking skills and effective communication abilities to build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Requirements: Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and cross-geographical teams without direct authority.
  • Requirements: Problem Solving: Quick to learn and adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Requirements: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating executive-ready communications and strategic documents.
