Job Summary
Own the enrollment journey by blending data-driven pipeline management with hands-on event execution to convert inquiries into enrollments and deliver warm, human-centered experiences for prospective families.
- Enrollment & CRM: steward the prospective family journey from inquiry through enrollment and maintain data integrity in the admissions system.
- Community Events: design, budget, and execute events that generate engagement and move the funnel.
- Brand & Marketing Collaboration: align campaigns and collateral with the school narrative to support enrollment growth.
Job Description
Own the enrollment journey and family experience by blending data-driven pipeline management with hands-on event strategy to convert inquiries into enrollments and build a warm, memorable school brand for families.
- Enrollment & CRM: steward the prospective family journey (inquiry, tours, applications) and maintain data integrity across Ravenna/HubSpot or equivalent.
- Community Events: design, budget, and execute open houses, family onboarding, and local outreach that drive engagement and funnel health.
- Brand & Marketing Collaboration: align outward-facing campaigns and collateral with the Built for What’s Next narrative to support enrollment growth.
