Job Summary
Own the brand voice and copy across integrated campaigns, turning strategy into ideas that move people and win bold work with senior clients.
- Lead copy quality from concept to execution across broadcast, social, digital, web, OOH, CRM, and experiential.
- Collaborate with strategy, data, and media to ground writing in insight and performance.
- Mentor writers and partner with art direction to ensure visuals and words hit together.
Job Description
- Lead copy on the account, owning the quality of the writing from concept through final execution.
- Concept and write integrated campaigns across broadcast/video, social, digital, web, OOH, email/CRM, and experiential.
- Define, protect, and evolve the brand voice — keeping it evocative, distinctive, and consistent across every touchpoint.
- Turn strategy and insight into ideas that move people to plan, book, and go.
- Direct and mentor copywriters; give clear, constructive feedback that elevates the whole team’s craft.
- Partner closely with art direction to build ideas that are as strong visually as they are verbally.
- Present and sell work to senior clients with clarity and conviction, and build the relationships that let bold work happen.
- Collaborate early with strategy, data, and media so the writing is grounded in insight and built to perform.
