Job Description

Own real-time community leadership across social channels, turning sentiment into messaging and campaigns; own on-camera storytelling when relevant; coordinate cross-team and vendor-backed engagement at scale with an eye on high-visibility issues.

  • Lead proactive engagement strategies positioning the organization within high-visibility conversations.
  • Oversee real-time audience interaction across social platforms and respond to inbound comments and DMs at scale.
  • Coordinate with the community engagement team through our vendor to ensure consistent cross-channel reactive community management.
  • Serve as an on-camera brand voice for social content, including short-form video and community-centered storytelling.
  • Analyze audience sentiment and translate insights into messaging approaches and campaign recommendations for communications, fundraising, and programs.
  • Occasional travel may be required for event coverage and organizational convenings.
