• Build, manage, and track all Robot & Cordless vacuum demand plans
• Oversee daily and weekly reporting of organic and paid media performance to optimize messaging, creative, and strategies to deliver on marketing goals
• Work with cross functional global teams to bring new products to market, support localization of global plans, and ensure seamless integration in market
• Immerse yourself in the consumer and competitive intelligence to communicate competitive advantage and what it takes to win in the market
• Support writing agency breifs and help manage agency coordination, execution, and internal alignment/approvals

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of prior Marketing experience required, preferably with direct responsibility for brand strategy, messaging, positioning, and comms strategy and execution
• Experience in managing, building, and growing teams
• Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns
• Experience in creative strategy development, advertising and launching new products
• Experience in launching products globally across several different markets

Position Overview As part of the Integrated Marketing Communications Team, you will play a role in building, managing, and tracking all Cordless & Robot product demand plans. This will include partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Creative, Media, and Analytics to bring launch plans to life. You will help manage agencies on media planning, creative strategy/concepting, social content, video production, and PR pitching/events. You will lead in-market performance updates, and strategy/creative optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
