Job Description

Responsibilities

Support bankers in developing new business and deepening existing relationships by coordinating credit and payments solutions and leading targeted internal discussions to deliver the entire firm to clients
Help build the team’s brand in‑market, positioning the platform as the leading innovation‑economy bank serving the best and most diverse clients
Source and qualify prospects by leveraging referral networks and ecosystem relationships, with a focus on reaching diverse founders powering innovation .
Champion a culture of innovation and customer centricity while balancing prudent risk management across credit, operational, and reputational dimensions
Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships and translate insights into client conversations and solutions
Collaborate independently and as part of a dynamic team to coordinate resources and deliver best‑in‑class client experiences across the firm’s capabilities
