Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop social-first content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
  • Turn campaign asks, product launches, cultural moments, and business priorities into fun, platform-native creative concepts.
  • Write hooks, captions, scripts, creator prompts, content copy, and short-form video concepts.
  • Support creative brief development for internal teams, creators, influencers, agencies, and production partners.
  • Track social trends, internet behavior, creator formats, memes, fandom moments, and platform shifts, then translate them into brand-relevant opportunities.
  • Partner with internal marketing, brand, social, influencer, and creative teams to develop campaign ideas and content extensions.
  • Help shape repeatable social formats that can live beyond one-off posts.
  • Contribute ideas for creator partnerships, influencer activations, stunts, challenges, and cultural calendar moments.
  • Review social and campaign content with an eye for tone, clarity, platform fit, humor, and audience relevance.
  • Support the development of pitch decks, concept write-ups, content calendars, and creative recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in social creative, creative strategy, copywriting, content strategy, entertainment marketing, brand marketing, agency creative, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, memes, internet trends, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Ability to generate fun, sharp, culturally relevant ideas that feel organic to social.
  • Strong writing skills, especially for short-form video, hooks, captions, scripts, and social copy.
  • A good creative gut, with the ability to explain why an idea works.
  • Comfort taking a brief or business ask and turning it into multiple creative territories or content concepts.
  • Ability to think visually and conceptually, even if you are not a designer or editor.
  • Strong taste level and an understanding of what feels fresh, funny, cringe, forced, or off-brand.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and take feedback without losing the creative spark.
  • Organized enough to support multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines at once.
