Job Summary

Drive media planning and trafficking support for an agency, coordinating negotiations, reporting, and optimization across platforms.

  • Assist team with negotiations with sites for interactive proposals to obtain the best plans possible for the agency.
  • Must-have: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist team with negotiations with sites for interactive proposals to obtain the best plans possible for the agency.
  • Utilize planning tools such as ComScore, MRI, Vivvix and other resources to formulate relevant plans for clients.
  • Create decks for media recommendations that thoroughly and clearly explain/showcase recommendations.
  • Keep abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances in research and media.
  • Trafficking creative across all clients to media partners.
  • Monitor all live media campaigns daily to ensure everything is running smoothly.
  • Oversee and produce reports for client campaigns based on set reporting cadence.
  • Work with team members to assist on POV's to evaluate various opportunities for clients.
  • Responsible for working with Planner/Supervisor to keep up to date billing charts and working with the billing department to ensure all bills are paid.
  • Understanding of YouTube to assist in optimizations/monitoring.
  • Understanding of TikTok and Facebook to help in the execution and optimization processes. Other paid experience with social platforms a plus.

Requirements

  • Education or background in marketing/advertising including but not limited to digital media, traditional media, or social media.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt and juggle multiple projects.
  • Strong collaborator working in a team environment.
  • A desire to learn.
  • Required skills include vendor negotiations, reporting and presentation to both internal teams and sometimes clients.
  • Knowledge and understanding of tools and resources such as ComScore, MRI, Vivvix, eMarketer, a plus.
  • Ability to use third-party ad servers to traffic media campaigns and pull reports, experience with DCM ideal.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • • Education or background in marketing/advertising including but not limited to digital media, traditional media, or social media.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience on Higher Education, B2B, Financial or Gaming a plus
  • Familiar with various forms of digital pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPV, CPA, CPCV, etc.) is a plus
