Job Summary

Build and manage early-stage media planning workflows and vendor coordination to ensure on-time media buys and optimized campaigns across major platforms.

  • Own vendor communications and end-to-end planning from audience targeting to post-buy analysis.
  • Drive insertion orders in Prisma and coordinate asset trafficking with ad ops and planners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional reporting with measurement for campaign pacing and optimization insights.

Job Description

  • Coordinate cross-functional reporting with measurement for campaign pacing and optimization insights.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ideally, some formal media experience or training (either school or real-world application)

  • The ideal candidate has a pulse on popular culture and is eager to learn and get their hands dirty.
