Job Summary

Own the brand-partner execution loop, coordinating assets, calendars, and social strategy to support Sephora skincare launches and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Coordinate brand meetings, capture notes, and drive action items across marketing, creative, and merchandising teams.
  • Assist in sourcing samples and shaping 360 launch plans and brand calendars.
  • Develop social direction and feedback loops with brand partners to ensure aligned campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with brands and retail merchant counterparts on business-related issues (e.g., launch plans, business updates)
  • Follow up with brands on assets, product details, social media assets, 360 plan participation, brand calendar activation details, and miscellaneous questions or issues from an executional standpoint
  • Assist in sourcing and managing sampling plans by brand
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing 360 marketing plans for launches and managing brand calendars
  • Attend all brand-facing meetings, capture meeting notes and next steps, and lead follow-ups with brands and cross-functional teams
  • Develop social strategy for brand partners, including creative feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of agency or marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (beauty preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive, and flexible; able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels
  • High level of maturity; ability to handle weekly communication with brand partners and manage sensitive, potentially difficult, and confidential matters with discretion
  • Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence – not afraid to ask questions, take criticism, and lead new initiatives
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver – at times with little direction/oversight
  • Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple projects and details with high level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies and errors including product names, grammar, etc
  • Passion for Sephora, our programs, clients, store associates, and marketing
  • Digital/social media experience preferred
