Job Summary

Own a hands-on content and asset workflow for product imagery, coordinating design launches, asset enrichment, and QA while syncing with the content calendar and cross-functional partners.

  • Content & Asset Ops: procure, launch, refresh photo templates, and manage digital assets in PIM/DAM.
  • Project Coordination: collaborate with design agencies and internal teams to keep timelines and briefs on track.
  • Measurement & Quality: track content performance, summarize learnings, and ensure brand standards through QA and reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement, launch, and refresh of photo product templates and designs across assigned categories.
  • Support the Content Manager in managing the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external design agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Help manage creative briefs, look books, and design selection processes under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitor and update product imagery, descriptions, and category graphics to maintain a consistent and appealing customer experience.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and content performance metrics to identify trends and support optimization efforts.
  • Support the management of digital assets using client PIM and DAM systems, including job creation and asset enrichment.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews of products and designs pre- and post-launch to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations summarizing content performance and project status for internal stakeholders.
  • Help track project budgets and update budget trackers with estimates and actuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content coordination, merchandising, or related roles.
  • Some experience working with retail or e-commerce environments is a plus.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with graphic/image file formats and digital asset workflows.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn and improve.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and summarize findings clearly.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Experience or interest in photo or personalized product categories.
  • Exposure to Product Information Management (PIM) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Basic understanding of project management tools such as Smartsheet or Jira.
  • Interest in developing skills in content strategy and product merchandising.
