Job Summary

Own the store leadership mission by aligning people, service, and operations to hit guest, sales, and financial metrics, while developing a high-performing team and maintaining a guest-first culture.

  • Leadership and people: recruit, develop, and continuously evaluate associates to build a motivated, guest-focused team.
  • Guest experience: model service standards, anticipate guest needs, and resolve issues to maintain outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • Operations and performance: manage payroll, expenses, and store metrics, forecast trends, and drive volume through effective planning and delegation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and direct all activities required to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, HR management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation while driving engagement.
  • Recruit, select and develop associates and hold individuals accountable for performance.
  • Function as a role model, ensuring that the guest remains the top priority.
  • Organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities.
  • Proven ability to respectfully challenge and motivate the team.
  • Create a family environment, drive volume and anticipate guest needs.
  • Achieves excellent guest service by role-modeling company service standards.
  • Adheres to Human Resources standards.
  • Assesses associates consistently; reviews and communicates associate performance and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in the retail or hospitality industry with proven results
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
