Job Summary

Own client-facing project delivery for website updates by coordinating cross-functional teams, driving on-time, scoped updates, and stewarding the brand system with deep client knowledge.

  • Client & Project Liaison: Coordinate reviews, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Delivery & Scoping: Complete small-to-medium site updates unaided and estimate costs and timing.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain the client’s brand system and knowledge of pricing, channels, and competitive landscape.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with the client on a daily basis to identify needs and expectations of site updates
  • Facilitate internal and client reviews, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination
  • Deliver on (small to medium sized scope) site updates and self-contained projects unaided
  • Work with our internal Account team as well as any and all members of assigned project team to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as project strategy, design, technology requirements, etc.
  • Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary
  • Act as a liaison between client and agency teams to deliver relevant information, securing feedback and approvals and routing through the internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the account team on all day-to-day asks and own status documents for internal and client facing teams
  • Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps
  • Be the steward of the agency’s brand management system and show solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, marketing channels, strategies, and competitive landscape)
  • Oversee internal program process documents

Requirements

  • One year work experience or internship in an ad agency environment preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams
  • Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, and Excel
