Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Amazon advertising program, building and optimizing Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns while analyzing metrics and evolving strategies across new, established, seasonal, and underperforming products.

  • Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and negative keywords to improve ROAS
  • Coordinate with inventory, content, and promotions to align campaigns with product profitability and launches

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns.
  • Manage Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Build and maintain automatic, manual, exact-match, phrase-match, broad-match, product-targeting, and defensive campaigns.
  • Review campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, placements, and targeting.
  • Conduct keyword, competitor, category, and product-targeting research.
  • Analyze Amazon search-term reports and convert successful search terms into structured campaigns.
  • Identify and add negative keywords and negative product targets.
  • Improve ROAS while maintaining appropriate sales growth.
  • Monitor ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, impressions, sessions, and attributed sales.
  • Develop different advertising strategies for new products, established products, seasonal products, and underperforming products.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of direct experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a significant Amazon advertising budget.
  • Strong understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display.
  • Strong knowledge of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and other Amazon performance metrics.
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and the Amazon Ads Console.
  • Ability to analyze search-term reports and make data-based campaign decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage advertising across a large number of ASINs.
  • Ability to clearly explain campaign performance, problems, and recommended actions.

Preferred

  • Experience advertising food, grocery, pantry, or consumer packaged goods products on Amazon.
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon brands.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, Brand Stores, A+ Content, Vine, coupons, and promotions.
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon DSP, or Amazon Attribution is a plus.
  • Experience using Amazon advertising software such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua, SellerApp, Quartile, or similar platforms.
  • Experience launching new products and improving organic keyword rankings.
  • Familiarity with FBA, FBM, inventory planning, Buy Box performance, and product-level profitability.
  • Google Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, or other marketplace advertising experience is a plus.
