Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead bi-weekly client video meetings for a roster of Amazon brands, delivering structured, professional, and highly engaging strategic reviews.
  • Present and discuss three core areas in every meeting: Graphics and Creative (images, A+ Content, visual updates, conversion-focused improvements); Account Management and SEO (keyword performance, organic rank movement, listing optimization progress, backend keyword strategy, content improvements, account health); PPC and Advertising (campaign performance, spend trends, ACoS/ROAS, Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, bid strategy, search term analysis, upcoming optimization plans).
  • Translate technical Amazon account data into client-friendly language that is clear, confident, and commercially relevant.
  • Maintain strong client engagement and protect retention by leading meetings with professionalism, composure, energy, and strategic clarity, including during periods of underperformance.
  • Handle client questions across brand management, listing optimization, Amazon SEO, creative direction, and PPC with confidence, coordinating internal follow-ups as needed.
  • Attend a dedicated pre-meeting internal briefing before each client call and use prepared reports, dashboards, updates, and talking points to guide a high-quality discussion.
  • Document key meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups accurately in internal systems.
Requirements
  • 5–6+ years of deep hands-on Amazon experience across Seller Central, listing optimization, keyword research, brand management, and PPC.
  • At least 3–5 years of agency, consulting, or highly client-facing Amazon account management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing health, policy issues, case management, FBA/FBM operations, account performance considerations, and marketplace troubleshooting.
  • Deep experience in Amazon listing optimization, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, image strategy, conversion improvements, and competitive positioning.
  • Advanced SEO and keyword research knowledge, including keyword indexing, backend keyword strategy, search volume analysis, rank tracking, and listing copy optimization.
  • Strong PPC expertise across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, including campaign structure, bid optimization, budget allocation, search term analysis, placement analysis, and ACoS/ROAS management.
  • Experience reviewing and discussing Amazon creative assets in the context of performance, brand presentation, and conversion strategy.
  • Comfortable presenting reports, trends, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to non-technical clients in a polished and credible way.
  • Strong client communication skills, executive presence on video calls, and the ability to guide long-form strategic conversations with confidence.
  • A professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet, excellent camera presence, strong verbal communication, and availability during standard US business hours.
Preferred
  • Experience with major Amazon ecosystem tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, Sellerboard, SellerApp, or similar tools is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates who have worked in respected Amazon-focused agencies or high-performance eCommerce environments; open to strong candidates from other agencies or in-house teams.
