Job Summary
Own a strategic agency-partnership mandate to grow RZR’s footprint across holding company and independent agencies, drive new logos, and sustain multi-team relationships with targeted, insight-driven outreach aligned to mobile-first ad tech.
- Own and expand agency relationships, coordinating with investment, activation, strategy, planning, and leadership to unlock brand opportunities.
- Build data-informed prospecting using LinkedIn Navigator, AppMagic, and Sensor Tower to target the right holding company networks and independents.
- Partner with Growth Leads and events to accelerate pipeline and convert meetings into revenue while keeping accurate CRM and forecasting.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and activate a defined book of business spanning holding company and independent agency relationships within your market
- Identify and prioritize net new target agencies based on brand portfolio fit with RZR's ideal client profile, across both holding company networks and high-growth independents
- Build and execute a structured outreach strategy using tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AppMagic, Sensor Tower, and sales intelligence platforms
- Develop personalized, insight-driven outreach for each prospect — no spray and pray
- Maintain a healthy and well-documented pipeline with accurate stage progression and forecasting
- Generate qualified meetings and advance opportunities through to closed revenue
- Multithread across agency organizations, building relationships with investment, activation, strategy, planning, and agency leadership
- Expand RZR's footprint within existing agency relationships by identifying new teams, brands, and buying channels
- 3 to 6 years of experience in agency partnerships, agency sales, or business development within ad tech, mobile, or digital media
- Demonstrated track record of building pipeline and closing revenue through agency channels
- Deep understanding of media agency structure: holding companies, independent agencies, trading desks, and investment teams
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach that cuts through the noise
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar)
- Hunter mentality: motivated by pipeline creation and new logo acquisition, not just relationship maintenance
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal structure
- Familiarity with mobile measurement, programmatic buying, or app marketing ecosystems
- Experience using AppMagic or Sensor Tower for prospect research
- Existing relationships within holding company agencies in your market (WPP, Publicis, IPG, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas)
- Strong network within the independent agency community in your city
- Prior experience at a mobile-first ad tech company or DSP
