Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute weekly content strategy
- Identify trends and translate them into Dirty Saint content
- Optimize posting cadence and engagement
- Drive traffic to TikTok Shop + DTC
- Launch and scale TikTok Shop from zero
- Optimize product listings, bundles, pricing
- Launch promos, flash sales, and creator collaborations
- Monitor GMV, CVR, AOV, and refund rates
Requirements
- Have direct TikTok Shop experience
- Have managed affiliate programs before
- Understand conversion metrics (not just followers)
- Be scrappy, proactive, and organized
- Be comfortable working in-o6ice 2 days per week (Santa Ana/Costa Mesa)
Preferred
- Have worked with CPG or beverage brands
- Have scaled TikTok Shop meaningfully
- Have built incentive-driven affiliate communities
