Own critical systems engineering ownership across trades, risk and requirements while translating analysis into government-ready actions.

• Systems Engineering & Trade Studies: own end-to-end across requirements, design, integration, and verification to reduce risk and inform DoD decisions.
• Uncertainty & Risk Management: articulate major uncertainties in architectures and communicate risks/opportunities to leadership and sponsors.
• Requirements & Interface Management: support development, decomposition, and review of system requirements and oversee architecture change management.
• Requirements Translation to Action: translate analysis results into actionable recommendations for US Government agencies.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: lead working groups or studies across engineering domains interfacing with multiple stakeholders for timely recommendations.
• Hands-on Prototyping & Testing: perform prototyping, integration, and testing activities as needed.

• Requirements: typically 8+ years with appropriate degrees or equivalent; active Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI; US citizen for security clearance; strong presentation and writing skills.
• Trade Studies & Lifecycle: experience planning, executing, and presenting complex trade studies across development lifecycle and multiple disciplines.
• Cross-Disciplinary Problem Solving: collaborate across software, hardware, mechanical, and reliability domains with cost and schedule awareness.
• On-site Requirement: 5 days a week on-site.

• Experience Leading Evaluations: leading evaluation and testing of complex systems.
• Capabilities & Mission Analysis: trade analysis, information assurance, system integration; understand relationships between operational and technical architectures.
• Security Clearances: preference for active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
