You will own coordinating corporate communications, tracking goals and progress, managing events and budgets, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive advocacy, member experience, and sales programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates corporate communications (from the CXO) and develops the supporting communication materials needed for clear and consistent messaging.
  • Tracks departmental and corporate goals and preparing information needed to support sales program updates and progress reporting.
  • Tracks donations, sponsorships, campaigns, and community partnerships, including tracking agreements and ensuring all requirements and deliverables are completed.
  • Manages meeting logistics, agendas, presentation materials, follow-up items for SEM.
  • Tracks departmental budgets, invoices, purchase requests, expense tracking, and related financial documentation.
  • Coordinates training and advocacy sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, tracking participation and completion, and following up on action items for programs such as MXP Bootcamp, sales office visits, SmartCU Day and related visits, and Community CARE Day.
  • Organizes and prepares materials for financial education sessions, maintaining participation and activity records, and follows up on outstanding action items.
  • Organizes and prepares materials, registrations, and related documentation for The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates and America’s Credit Unions.
  • Coordinates work across Marketing, Member Advocacy, Sales, Financial Education, and Member Experience to keep projects aligned, address outstanding needs, and ensure work continues moving forward.
  • Assists in tracking departmental goals, key initiative, reporting metrics that are related to advocacy, member experience and sales.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required
  • 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
