Job Summary

Own client relationships and translate ad performance into actionable business guidance for a cross-functional paid media team across Meta and TikTok.

Own onboarding, ongoing client governance, and trust-building while driving campaign performance across 15–25 accounts.
Translate metrics into business insights and coordinate with internal buyers to hit KPIs and uncover growth opportunities.

Job Description

Manage relationships with a portfolio of 15–25 paid advertising clients across Meta and TikTok
Lead weekly or biweekly client calls covering performance, strategy, and next steps
Translate campaign data (CPL, ROAS, CPA, CTR) into clear business insights for clients
Collaborate with internal media buyers to ensure campaigns are hitting client KPIs
Onboard new clients, set expectations, and build trust from day one
Identify upsell opportunities and proactively flag at-risk accounts
Keep internal dashboards and CRM updated with accurate, timely client data

2+ years in account management, client success, or a client-facing marketing role
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
Comfortable reading performance dashboards and explaining results to business owners
Strong communicator — written, verbal, and on video calls
Highly organized with strong follow-through

Background in digital marketing, lead gen, or e-commerce preferred
