Own the end-to-end admissions process from inquiry through bed placement, payer verification, and family communication, while coordinating facility activities and external marketing events.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and executes the admission process including referral flow, follow ups on all inquiries, tours, bed management, verify payers, and communicates with families and residents.
  • Coordinate facility activities and external marketing events.

Requirements

  • Must be knowledgeable of admission and discharge procedures.
  • Previous skilled nursing care and marketing experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
