- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Build a steady pipeline and conduct initial screens for entry-level roles.
- Hiring Operations: Schedule interviews, coordinate processes, and maintain organized onboarding materials.
Job Description
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for candidates and clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and daily office coordination
- Maintain organized records, documents, and onboarding materials
- Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Source and screen candidates for entry-level sales & business development roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and follow-ups
- Conduct initial phone screenings and provide candidate feedback
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company
