Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage Brand Advocates (well-educated, engaging sampling agents) within the assigned market
  • Oversee activation execution to ensure compliance, professionalism, and brand alignment
  • Conduct pre-activation training and post-event recaps with Brand Advocates
  • Manage and maintain storage units containing POS, sampling materials, and activation assets
  • Ensure all POS materials are accounted for, organized, and compliant with brand standards
  • Track and report KPIs, activation performance, and account feedback
  • Serve as the local Camarena brand leader and advocate in-market

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience executing brand sampling initiatives
  • Experience managing teams or overseeing activation staff
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage activation logistics
  • Must live within assigned market
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and a reliable vehicle. Must pass an MVR check and obtain any required state driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain any required local or state liquor license.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing Brand Advocates or sampling teams
  • Existing relationships within sports bar and casual dining accounts
  • Experience executing tequila or spirits-focused activations
  • Strong communication and leadership presence
