Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead high‑stakes transformation of the ad FTD journey, identifying friction and executing UX enhancements that deliver meaningful, measurable conversion lifts.
  • Partner across Product, MarTech, CRM, Creative, and Analytics to build experiences worthy of a category leader.
  • Serve as the strategic owner of our MarTech evolution, influencing multi‑quarter investment decisions and shaping the capabilities that unlock future growth.
  • Ensure tools are not just adopted but transformed into competitive advantages.
  • Own operational excellence across tagging, tracking, pixels, and data flow for all acquisition campaigns.
  • Ensure clean, reliable, privacy‑compliant data that supports measurement, targeting, attribution, and optimization.
  • Lead cross‑functional troubleshooting and build resilient processes that support scaling campaigns efficiently.
  • Standardize intake, GTM execution, QA, and feedback loops to improve speed, quality, and accountability.
  • Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for simplicity, automation, and cross‑functional clarity.
  • Introduce modern operating practices that strengthen collaboration and accelerate decision‑making.
  • Define KPIs, leading indicators, and guardrails for journey optimization, MarTech usage, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Analytics on test design, measurement plans, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for GTM, Product, Analytics, and channel teams.
  • Own annual and in‑year targets for CAC, LTV, margin, GGR/NGR, and channel‑level pacing.
  • Translate campaign goals into measurable KPIs across funnel stages and audience strategies.
  • Deliver clear performance readouts to inform next‑best actions and planning cycles.
  • Represent Acquisition in cross‑functional and executive forums, simplifying complex operational and technical topics into clear narratives.
  • Drive alignment and decision‑making around capability investments, MarTech roadmap, and cross‑team dependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Deep experience with MarTech platforms, CRM strategy, personalization, and marketing workflow tools.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition marketing, funnel optimization, and digital media activation.
  • Hands‑on experience with tagging, pixels, tracking, and data‑driven activation workflows.
  • Proven cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence without authority.
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to turn signals into decisions.
  • Expertise in funnel optimization, MarTech capabilities, digital media operations, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and capability‑building workstreams.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated or complex digital environments preferred.

Preferred

  • Online gaming or sports industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
