Job Description

Responsibilities

  • First and foremost, assisting in developing a full and complete understanding of the client’s business model and investment outcomes. This is paramount.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive experiential strategy for the client based on their marketing and business objectives.
  • Support the client relationship with leadership while creating actionable activation and strategic plans for the program.
  • Execute a measurement plan the specific objectives for the the experiential programs, report on ROI and KPI’s often having to deliver these results on a monthly basis.
  • Create systems and support the generation, editing, publishing and sharing of brand developed content daily/weekly based on the appropriate cadence set forth in the client objectives.
  • Work as part of the creative, strategy and finance team to ensure brand consistency, effectiveness and interest.
  • Develop key and core sponsorship relationships to ensure we deliver value to the client.
  • Actively participate in the creation of activation and asset build timelines, program work backs and creative briefs.
  • Attend all event activations to ensure that we’re delivering on the objectives set forth as part of the program plan.
  • Support communications with multiple client teams, orchestrating solutions that will meet all of their departmental goals as part of the program.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in experiential marketing.
  • Experience with activating multi-million dollar program budgets for Fortune 100 brands.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful activation for clients.
  • Experience working within a project management software system and being the main point of contact for the deliverables contained within.
  • Must have experience, comfort and a desire to work with senior level clients.
  • Strong understanding and passion for the experiential industry would be ideal.
  • Solid understanding of culture, current trends in the outdoors and power sports.
  • Live event experience producing elements such as giveaways, demos, show formats, scripts.
  • Ability to work well independently and in small or large groups.
  • Ability to travel when required, often without much notice.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
