Job Summary

Own regional activation and content coordination for MBUSA campaigns, bridging Tier 2 media with Tier 1/3 strategy while aligning regional dealers and agencies with national goals.

  • Tier 2 content planning & approvals across Northern, Southern, Western Regions.
  • Coordinate with NYC HQ and agency partners to extend national content locally and maintain consistent messaging.
  • Manage lifecycle content production end-to-end, balancing video/automotive assets with stakeholder feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Tier 2 Content & Approvals: Review and approve Tier 2 media content across Northern, Southern, Western Regions to unify planning.
  • Advertising Integration: Possesses comprehensive knowledge of National/Regional/Local advertising integration.
  • Client & Dealer Communication: Proficiently communicates marketing and media plans to regional clients and dealers as extension of National Campaigns Team.
  • Production Leadership: Lead small-scale productions and mobilize efforts with video/automotive content creation knowledge.
  • Account Service & Project Management: Deliver superior account service and manage high-profile assignments.
  • Agency Relationships: Build relationships with NYC HQ and agency partners to deliver best product.
  • Tier 2 Alignment: Support Corporate Campaigns to align Tier 2 communications with Tier 1 and Tier 3 strategies.
  • Lifecycle Production: Shepherd production process for lifecycle content, managing internal and external stakeholder feedback efficiently.
Requirements
  • Must have 3-4 years of agency experience, including direct client contact
  • Previous experience in managing a national retail marketing with market-by-market media plans, and a clear understanding of regional marketing program dynamics a plus
  • Previous in-house marketing team and/or automotive experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to represent the agency while navigating a wide array of client relationships
  • Understanding of inner-workings of an agency\'s departments and work product, including knowledge of media, creative, production, budgets
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage own time according to workload and deadlines
  • Ability to change priorities and pivot to emerging urgent tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel
