Responsibilities

• CLIENT RELATIONS
• Lead all client meetings with ease, personality, and authority.
• Ensure team members build trust and authority with clients.
• Evaluate and optimize communications processes - loves to work smarter, not harder
• Work to solve immediate customer issues or concerns, as well as create proactive workflows and routines to ensure a seamless client experience.
• STRATEGY + OVERVIEW OF EXECUTION
• Oversee creative direction and development of client strategies.
• Translate client requests into actionables with the ability to distinguish a poor request with one that will move the strategy forward.
• Protect their clients’ brands: catch inaccuracies in graphic design, help a feed go from dull to fabulous in 5 minutes flat, and put together a shot list for a shoot that translates client style from theory to execution with ease.
• Ability to distinguish good content from bad content and be able to execute or articulate how to fix it.

Requirements

• 4+ years of social media strategy for luxury brands in the fashion, beauty, or jewelry space, preferably with agency vs. in-house.
• A passion for fueling team growth and nurturing talent.
• Appreciates the art of dotting I’s and crossing T’s. The devil is in the details.
• Media junkie - there’s no such thing as reading/watching too much. Bonus points for pop culture acumen.
• Leads teams by example, showcasing professionalism, punctuality and problem solving while maintaining a sense of humor.
• Enjoys helping teams create and tailor effective comprehensive social strategies that are creative, thoughtful and help move clients toward their goals.
• Be the sounding board and resource for clients, leading the teams on calls, in meetings, and knowing when to shift course to get back on track.
• Love of a fast-paced environment and the satisfaction of a busy yet productive day as a seasoned multi-tasker.
• Mastery of ClickUp/project management software to not only execute their own tasks to the best of their ability but to catch mistakes from the team to ensure deliverables are always on track for clients.
• Passion for new business, relationship building, helping with new business pitches, proposals and a general desire to win!
