Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Carry out day to day tasks across client PPC campaigns (specifically Google Ads) and SEO accounts
  • Create detailed and innovative marketing plans and proposals for prospective clients covering both paid and organic search
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of B2B clients
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies including on-page optimisation, technical SEO audits, and link acquisition
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve both ad targeting and organic rankings
  • Monitor and optimise PPC campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.)
  • Track organic search performance across rankings, traffic, and conversions, and adjust strategy accordingly
  • A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve paid performance
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues — crawlability, site speed, indexation, schema markup, and site architecture
  • Create and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights across both paid and organic channels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years managing and executing high budget PPC campaigns (preferably in excess of 100k monthly budget)
  • Demonstrable SEO experience with a track record of improving organic visibility and traffic for B2B clients
  • Advanced Google Ads knowledge with broad understanding of cutting-edge campaign and bidding strategies
  • Strong technical SEO understanding — comfortable with crawl tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar), Google Search Console, and site audits
  • Proficiency with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics including the set up and review of conversion events
  • Ability to effectively analyse data and use insights to inform decision-making across both paid and organic
  • Email marketing knowledge would be beneficial but not required
