Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Abogados NOW and assigned law firm clients
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and ongoing communication
• Coordinate and oversee digital marketing campaigns across paid media platforms
• Translate client goals into clear strategies and actionable plans for internal teams
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign results to ensure success
• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations
• Lead client meetings, check-ins, and strategy calls
• Track deliverables, timelines, and next steps to ensure execution and accountability

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar client-facing role
• Background in digital marketing, paid media, or agency environments
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and ROI-driven strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently in a remote setting
• Comfort working with data, analytics, and performance dashboards

Preferred

• Experience working with law firms or professional services clients
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and DSP platforms
• Experience in performance-based or results-driven marketing environments
