Own the narrative for client PR campaigns by turning daily media intel into targeted outreach, briefing materials, and event support; you will craft stories, talking points, and media training while guiding local and national placement.

Job Description

Responsibilities
Preparing daily media intelligence and clip reports.
Drafting press releases, talking points, blogs, social media content, and statements.
Creating backgrounders and briefing documents for client speaking events and media appearances.
Developing and maintaining individualized press contact lists for clients.
Pitching stories to local and national media and conducting proactive outreach for on- and off-the-record engagement.
Providing light administrative and scheduling support to firm leadership.
Staffing and supporting in-person client receptions, panels, and other events.
Supporting the firm's media training practice.
Providing strategic recommendations on media placement and outreach as requested.
Conducting research as needed.
