Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Management – Strategically build influencer lists for both paid and earned seeding campaigns, providing colorful and specific reasoning for why each talent fits the brand's creative.
  • Campaign Execution & Management – Draft campaign briefs and share with the client for approval before distribution to influencers.
  • Campaign Execution & Management – Manage the full content funnel: review influencer content, provide feedback, secure client sign-off, and send final Go Live approval and instructions to influencers.
  • Campaign Execution & Management – Flag content to clients directly as soon as it goes live and provide daily campaign status updates via Slack or email.
  • Earned Seeding & Gifting – Manage outreach for gifted products and monitor all social platforms for coverage resulting from those gifts, supported by the Account Coordinator, where applicable.
  • Earned Seeding & Gifting – Identify and flag relevant influencers for gifting opportunities or potential long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Earned Seeding & Gifting – Oversee the Account Coordinator in sending packages and gifts from SolComms’ office.
  • Earned Seeding & Gifting – Support in building earned influencer seeding lists, when necessary.
  • Client Communications – Kick-start agendas for all bi-weekly client calls and develop comprehensive call recaps for distribution to the client in partnership with the Account Coordinator on an account-by-account basis.
  • Client Communications – Actively participate in overarching strategy sessions and take ownership of building out assigned sections of strategy decks.
  • Client Communications – Participate in bi-weekly client calls and share proactive updates with the client via Slack/email in real-time.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Pull final reporting metrics via CreatorIQ or influencer screenshots and ensure they are accurately added to the internal and external trackers.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Responsible for drafting campaign, event recaps, and monthly upfronts, passing them to the Associate Director for final sign-off.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Update the CRM with notes on how influencers were to work with to assist in future sourcing.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Consolidate all influencer invoices and ensure they are sent to the Associate Director for final processing with the Finance Manager.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Monitor MightyScout on a daily basis and flag to clients in real time.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Flag applicable influencers, news, and social trends, and share strategic recommendations for gifting or partnerships, both internally and externally.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Create relevant case studies post-campaign for new business or team presentations.
  • Influencer Relations – Build your roster of industry relations by securing influencer dates with three agents/influencers per quarter.
  • Influencer Relations – Own drafting mailer outreach notes; occasionally, first line of review of notes from Account Coordinator; Review influencer lists created by Account Coordinators, with little to no edits; Assist in the drafting of influencer contracts under the guidance and final approval of the Associate Director

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer or celebrity marketing, preferably within wellness, beauty, or CPG
  • Proven track record of developing and executing influencer campaigns under supervision/guidance from the director
  • Strong network of influencers, celebrities, and talent management contacts
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing tools (bonus for CreatorIQ experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
