Own and orchestrate integrated PR programs for food/beverage clients, turning media relations, influencer partnerships, and live events into measurable brand impact across earned channels.

  • Ownership: Manage strategic client partnerships and lead cross-functional PR programs with media, creative, strategy, and analytics teams.
  • Media & Influencers: Build compelling storytelling and influencer campaigns, securing coverage and authentic brand amplification.
  • Events & Measurement: Plan launches and experiences, then measure reach, sentiment, and ROI to optimize future programs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client & Account Leadership - Serve as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of food/beverage clients, actively fostering long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Convert client needs into innovative, data-driven PR strategies , driving measurable impact and achieving business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive communication plans , seamlessly integrating the latest industry trends, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Media Relations & Pitch Strategy Excellence - Secure earned media for food/beverage clients across all channels (print, digital, broadcast, trade) via strategic execution and compelling storytelling.
  • Cultivate a strong network of key industry media contacts , acting as the main liaison and trusted resource for clients.
  • Lead comprehensive PR programs , including strategic storytelling, impactful product launches, and proactive reputation management initiatives.
  • Influencer Marketing & Campaigns - Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with key food/beverage influencers, chefs, bloggers, and tastemakers.
  • Lead the conceptualization, execution, and measurement of comprehensive influencer campaigns, ensuring strong alignment with client objectives and brand voice.
  • Manage influencer contracts, content creation workflows, and logistics , staying current on culinary influencer trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance in detail, reporting on critical metrics such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversion to optimize future efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of progressive public relations experience, with a significant focus on the food & beverage industry and a proven track record in an agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership in media relations with a strong network and record of high-impact coverage.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing and event management from concept to measurement.
  • Superior communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Skilled in PR tools and analytics platforms.
  • Passionate about the culinary world, food trends, and brand experiences.
