Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution for a large, complex direct mail program—guiding campaigns from initial concept through production, analysis, and optimization.
Collaborate closely with writers, designers, analysts, and program managers to develop compelling, high-performing campaigns across channels.
As an Account Director, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of integrated fundraising programs across direct mail, digital, and other channels.
Serve as a strategic partner to your clients by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and recommending thoughtful adjustments to maximize results.
Mentor and support your team, contribute to business development efforts, and help ensure that our work consistently meets the highest standards of quality and impact.

We’re looking for someone with at least five (5) years of direct response fundraising experience, ideally within a nonprofit or agency environment.
The most qualified candidates will also have:
- Proven experience leading a large, complex direct mail program.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and executional detail
- Comfort navigating change and helping teams adapt and grow
